Sheila Vincent

Career Highlights:

Coach Sheila joined the Roach Team in (2006) to share her love for the sport of gymnastics with others, and because she loves to see the progression and excitement in each gymnast. Outside of coaching Sheila enjoys various activities such as skiing and surfing. In the future, Sheila plans to win the lotto!

Coach Sheila specializes in being our Rec Op Director.
